Refund / Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be happy with every purchase on National Clothing Distributors. If you are not completely satisfied, we will do our very best to accommodate either a replacement product or a full refund. We also offer size exchanges completely free of charge. You are welcome to exchange any unwanted products free of charge, under the following conditions:

  • We offer a 30-day returns/exchanges, and 14 day refunds for any product purchased online. Returns can be requested by contacting us directly at returns@parka.co.za, or by using the contact form on the returns page.
  • Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging.
  • The goods are unused and undamaged.
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
  • National Clothing Distributors reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need your order number. You receive an order number in your order confirmation email. (Request an Exchange/refund here)

Defective products can be reported to us by contacting us via email at returns@parka.co.za, or by using the contact form on the returns page. A product defect specifically excludes damage arising from the following:

  • Damage arising from normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from any alterations to the product
  • Damage arising from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product
  • Damage arising from inadequate care that could reasonably be expected.

Size Exchanges or Returns

We arrange a courier to collect the item(s) from you. When we request a courier, you will receive an email containing a 2-page way bill that you need to print and hand to the courier with the item(s) when they collect. As soon as the item(s) gets delivered to us, we process the refund or send a new product in the case of a size exchange.  All this is done free of charge, giving you a worry-free shopping experience. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within 7 days. Request an Exchange/refund here.

No cash refund will be done as a safety precaution.

A refund has a 5% handling fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve checked your bank after 7 days, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@parka.co.za.
